  • What should I expect during the initial consultation?
    At the initial consultation, we will discuss your goals, gather background information and outline the options available to you. We will also go over costs, timelines and legal considerations.
  • Is my information confidential?
    Absolutely. We prioritize client confidentiality and handle all cases with the utmost discretion and will only share information with authorized parties as required by law and/or with client approval in writing.
  • How long does an investigation take?
    The duration of time an investigation lasts is heavily dependent on the complexity of the assignment. Simple background searches will be concluded much faster than surveillance operations.
  • How much will services cost? 
    The cost of services will vary based on: Time commitment Location/travel required Specialized equipment needed Complexity of tasking Urgency of client or deadline Number of personnel needed Numerous other factors! We will respond to your initial contact at no cost to you. If you, as the client, decide you are interested in working with us we will provide you with a written course of action (COA) which will include ALL associated costs. The estimated cost of our proposed COA will be included in our initial reply. For assignments that will be a continuing process we require an initial retainer.
  • As a client, what can I do to reduce my costs?
    We highly encourage you to get ANY and ALL information related to your situation in order BEFORE contacting us. The more organized and prepared you can be prior to contacting us will significantly lower your costs moving forward!
  • Can a private investigator legally follow someone?
    Yes, private investigators are trained to conduct lawful surveillance without invading privacy or breaking the law. ALL activities will be performed within legal boundaries.
  • Will I receive a report?
    Yes, at the end of the investigation we will provide a detailed report, which may include evidence collected, summaries of activities and any findings relevant to your case. Status reports throughout longer assignments can be provided at the request of the client.
  • How is surveillance conducted?
    This depends on many factors. Surveillance is carried out discreetly, using equipment such as high resolution DSLR cameras, video cameras, drones and other various recording equipment. Our team has incredible situational awareness and observational skills to avoid detection and gather information effectively.
  • How do I know if a private investigator is right for me?
    If you need answers or evidence that you can't obtain on your own a private investigator might be able to help. We offer consultations to help you make the decision that is best for you!
